Asus Eee Pad MeMo 171 available in Taiwan from March 5 to 450 euros
At the last CES in Las Vegas unveiled the Asus Eee Pad MeMo ME370T equipped with Tegra and Android 3rd ICS, leaving outstanding the older Asus Eee Pad MeMo 171 presented in 2011 and never appeared on the market. Surprisingly, during the last event in Taiwan was officially make its debut on the list where Asia will be available from March 5 next to the cost of 450 euro.
Recall that the Asus Eee Pad MeMo 171 mounts S3 chipset Qualcomm MSM8260 platform with dual-core clocked at 1.2GHz assisted 1Gb Ram, 16Gb of storage space and a 4,400 mAh battery that provides 8.5 hours of continuous use. The display is a capacitive IPS 7 “1280 × 800 pixel resolution with wide viewing angle of up to 178 °. Do not miss the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mini USB port, HDMI, GPS, a 5MP camera back capable of recording Full HD and a frontal 1.2Mp.
Interesting is the presence of the nib capacitive “disappears” on the chrome that distinguishes the lower part of the Asus Eee Pad MeMo 171. Among the mourners we note the Honeycomb 3.2 Android operating system pre-installed with the OTA update to ICS 4.0 coming to what was said by Asus.
